Narvik

We return to the continent by car. If you do this, you almost drive by Narvik.

So time for a stop..

Narvik is, honestly, not a pretty city, It's an industrial harbor city.

It is still used to ship the ore of the world's biggest ore mine in Sweden.

And it always was important due to this. Destroyed in WW2.

This lead us the War Museum:

The museum is freshly renovated / reopened. A clear recommendation.

But it seems, that skiing plays more and more a role in Narvik:
